Elvis Lives: The 25th Anniversary Concert DVD Live in Memphis 2007 New & Sealed

This is a horrible concert. The focus should be on the entertainer, particularly, in the case of Elvis. He was a most beautiful man with an incredible voice. No one wants to see old men talking, playing instruments and the accompanying singers over and over..There are a few of Elvis on stage and then it quickly goes back to Elvis in a shot the size of a postage stamp.

This is not worth 1.00.

The only concert to buy is Aloha From Hawaii. Bite the bullet and buy it; it is well worth the price and the best of all his concerts.Read full review...

Relive the Magic that was ELVIS...

Seeing the original singers/musicians from Elvis' past with him on the bigscreen as we remember him was just so special. It was depressing, yet awesome all at the same time. For the Elvis fan, this is a MUST-HAVE. I could watch it over and over. Makes me miss The King all over again. They don't make 'em and they don't write 'em like they used to... Everyone needs to see and hear this LIVE "Elvis Lives" from Memphis

This ELVIS LIVES live show is an astonishing feat. I'm an Elvis fan and a musician and I was mesmerized by this production. Elvis is shown on the BIG screen from various live performances in the 70s while the musicians and backup singers are the real thing and same ones performing live on the stage (only 25 years older). The TCB Band is a good as ever and Joe Guercio (musical director) and Ronnie Tutt (drummer) are to be commended for putting this all together and making it work. IT WORKS! The bonus material is great -- it's Joe Guercio, Ronnie Tutt, Gordon Stoker, and Joe Moscheo simply talking about the show and sharing personal things about Elvis. I highly recommend purchasing this DVD. It's obvious by the reaction of the audience and the performers that Elvis is still very much loved and respected as a person and entertainer. I have loved Elvis since I saw him on the Ed Sullivan show, and probably will love him the rest of my life. I have the complete CD Music Collection, a dozen other Elvis CDs and numerous Elvis concert DVDs. My biggest regret is I didn't get to see any of his concerts, so the "Elvis Lives" DVD was just like being there. What do i like about it- simple- it's elvis.
i bought it because it's elvis. actually i saw this dvd on md public television and thought it was fabulouse. it's elvis on a screen singing but his original band and backup singers were live on stage preforming as if he was there woth them. Truely amazing piece of work. but in order to get the "free" dvd i would have to pledge $175.00. well it is elvis but i came to my senses before i worte the check. then i checked ebay and there it was. 17.99 and i was good to go. it's wonderful.Read full review...
