This is a classic, an iconic album of Cool Jazz.

It's just Chet on vocals (and trumpet), acoustic bass and nylon string guitar- no drums or percussion. It's VERY laid back. I wonder how many narcotics may have been in Chet's system at the time. This being said, the performances are ethereal and really draw you in. It's unbelievable that these recordings didn't see the light of day for years!Read full review...
