A long lost LP that has been reborn into a CD! Welcome back Boys!

In the early 1970's I went to the Warehouse Records and Tapes in Torrance California, and bought a double LP set: "The Beach Boys:Endless Summer".

I grew up in the early - mid 1960's and had many fond memories of the Beach Boys.

Somehow that double LP set vanished. I have no idea where it ended up.

I had missed that LP for some reason, perhaps it reminded me of a much simpler time in my life. In any event, this record set, for me at least, was "THE" Beach Boys compulation to have.

I was pleasantly surprised last week when I spied the listing on ebay, and even more than pleasantly surprised at how little money I ended up paying for it.

While it's not the same as the LP, the music is what does it for me.

This is a great collection of their hits from the 1960's, and defined music so much, the Beatles were influenced by the Boys' "Good Vibration" LP.

A CD filled with great memories......

Growing up, I always used to listen to the original vinyl LP of this album. We still have it, and it still works, but it is AWESOME to finally find it on CD.
