I was disappointed to find that the 2 bottom fans did NOT work when I received the item. The other 3 were sluggish in starting up but eventually started spinning. I opened a claim and Best Buy honored the return. I know items don't get QC'd before leaving, I guess this was one of them. The pad also seems to be cheaply made.
