I´m Occupational therapist and I recomended this book

I Like the images, no much words and more action. good and safe exercises, very recommended.

My wife is MS patient, she´s a doctor in physical therapy and she LOVE´S this book.

excellent for newly diagnosed

good step by step descriptions and pictures of proper manuevers. i would recommend this book for any recently diagnosed with ms and for any newby to physical activity
