Fits well. double and triple check everything before welding it. Use heat shields to keep your fuel lines cool.
I installed this in an 87 Chevy V10 with a pair of Thrush welded mufflers. I have a lift, so it was very easy to install. I welded the connections rather then using the U bolts that came with the kit. Everything that I needed was included, except the mufflers. The only problem was the fender washers for the hangers were a metric size, and the bolts were 5/16, so the washers were too small. No problem, I just drilled them out. I recommend assembling everything with hangars, marking the joints with a sharpie to keep everything aligned, use a level and tape measure on the tailpipes to keep them in the right place, then tack weld, check everything again, then final welds. The 87 is fuel injected, so the passenger side pipe does block access to the fuel filter, it will be a pain to change that later. I installed a new one first, and I decided to make a heat shield between the fuel lines and exhaust pipe out of sheet metal.Read full review...
