Pretty sweet

My smoker gauge was not working so I got this bad boy. I smoked some ribs and also put an oven temp gauge in to compare the two. This one was sooo much more accurate and fast. I open the smoker and looked at the gauge I could see it drop 30 degrees in a few seconds. So it's accurate and fast. The oven gauge just went to 200 degrees and just hovered around.
