Desert island album, a masterpiece of pop music invention.
One of the greatest indie pop/rock albums ever, by an under-appreciated band that ought to end up in the R&R HOF. Clearly influenced by the Beatles, the Band and the Beach Boys, but the songwriting, arranging and performance is a thing of beauty on it's own merit. This and their preceding CD, We All Belong, are equivalent to Rubber Soul and Revolver in terms of adventurous and delightful new music.
