Carbon fiber assembly paste
This product works but you can’t be afraid to use a lot of paste if you are using a carbon seat post with an aluminum frame. You should apply a small amount of paste in the seat tube & then apply a fair amount on the seat post. You will have excess paste push up from installing the seat post but this is necessary to ensure that the seat post won’t move while riding.Read full review...

Fixed the creak
I had a creak coming from a carbon fiber seat post. I cleaned it out and applied the Finish Line Fiber Grip to all surfaces. The creaking is gone and I'm happy again with my bike.
