Truly a roaring fireplace video

This is truly a roaring fireplace video, and the roar can be distracting from the crackling sounds. The fireplace itself is realistic enough, but not the fire, this seems way too forced. Even when the logs burn down to the very nice glowing embers in its too short final scene, it has a blue flame as if it's a gas fed fire. The temporary freezing between scenes is only a mild distraction. Beautiful fireplace DVD, right on your TV.plus music

The fireplace on my TV looks and sounds so real. You can hear the fire crackle and see the wood burning down. I love the continus play feature. On a cold day, I put the DVD in, enjoy the fireplace and music, while I read my newspaper and have my coffee. What's not to like. My day is off to a wonderful start and I am so relaxed. I have let everyone I know enjoy this with me. I have a 54" TV, this makes it look even more real. All my friends want one too.Read full review...

Does not cost

It's nice to watch a fire and not have to pay or clean up after it. It went a bit too fast but maybe that's the way fire is.

I liked the flexibility of being able to switch to the other areas of the DVD. especially the fire crackling. The visual of the fire is not as sharp and clear as I would like; however, I consider it to be very good. Thanks! ClintRead full review...

GREAT DVD

GREAT DVD. YOU CAN HAVE A FIREPLACE IN ANY ROOM OR PLAY IT ON YOU COMPUTER. I attend a lot of social functions and dinner parties. A great hostess gift. I will order additional dvd's. : )

quality

This is a good DVD but looks a little too fake when played. Great quality though. I have nothing else to say about it but I am required to write a 100-character long review.

It was disappointing.

I found this DVD to be very disappointing. The fireplace scene is great. I had expected the music to be strictly instrumental, but it had voices which -to me- were awful and totally spoiled it for me.
