Best book for losing weight

I have been on every diet I've ever heard of and this one is the healthiest and best. I found I ate more with this program than any other, and the food combining method really works. I never had to count calories, measure or weigh portions, or worry about fat content.
I have lost around 1 pound a day when I followed the program in this book. I Was never hungry with this way of eating and felt more energetic and was in a better mood.

This is the one you've been waiting for...

I need to lose weight, but I wanted to find a way to eat healthy and eat the foods that I love.
Sound impossible? Not really...just follow the food combining method that's recommended in this book.
I can eat what I want but I first decide do I want protein or carbs. Is it hard to eat fruit by itself,or all carbs or all protein? Of course not. Would you like to have good organic dark chocolate and a glass of wine and still lose weight?
Can you eat 50% cooked food and 50% raw food every day. You sure can.
This is your dream come true for a healthy, lighter body.

Recommend this book !

Three of us are following the eating recommendations made in the book and all have lost pounds. In two months we are down 32; 16 and 23 lbs respectively and all feel GREAT!
