Device synced very easily to the app on my phone though default settings were in some cases odd, especially how it calculated your calorie "budget."

The fit bit is grest in that it combines in one device a bunch of things that I used to need separate devices or apps for:pedometer, food log, heart rate monitor. The silent alarm is also handy at work where I cannot access my phone.

I took off a star due to battery life. Fit bit advertises up to 5 days of battery life, but right out of the box I barely get two days. Fortunately I have a long enough commute to charge it while I drive. Read full review...

July 2021 - Doesn't charge!

Shipping was fast but the item doesn't work. Was able to set up but it won't hold a charge at all. The light flickers green when the charger is initially attached and then goes out immediately goes out - almost like there is a connection issue. Not sure if its a particular defect of the Charge 1 itself or just this tracker. Other reviews seem to state a similar issues though on here. Gotta Love Fitbit!

Good replacement for my Zips, which were my previous favorite. I want something simple that provides me with the basic info I want, without tons of bells and whistles which I do not need. Using the app, there's a lot of things that can be done with the Charge beyond the basic info provided on the device itself.
