I spent nearly a year looking for good pie savers, and then found them on the internet. These are just what i was looking for.

It not only serves to save a whole pie; but also will save the same pie in 6 individual pieces. If you do not have room for the entire pie saver in the ref, just cut the pie and put it in the individual pie savers.

Love the triangular-shaped dishes!

I love to make quiche and usually make two at a time because prepared pie shells always come two to a package. However, I am solo, so after eating one or two portions, I freeze whatever remains. These dishes are perfect for that. Just cut quiche when cooled or next day, put wedges in these dishes, then pop dishes directly into microwave as needed. I like that you can either put the whole pie in the outside container or you can slice it up and put it in the individual containers. The larger bottom and lid are good for transporting.
