With no metal parts outside the press it can put in the microwave with the right amount of water each time and fresh coffee in under 5 minutes.

Newbie but learning.

Product makes good coffee. Haven't tried it for tea yet. Easy to use and clean except that grounds get stuck around the filter at the bottom and need to be brushed out occasionally. I like strong coffee but found that even if coffee isn't as strong as I wanted it still has good taste and body. I'm still learning proportions. Read full review...

First off very easy to use. When using course grind coffee put in the hot water wait for 4 min then slowly depress handle, one of the best cups of coffee I have had!
