I really like this little camera. It fits well in my hand, it isn't bulky like a lot of cameras. It doesn't take a lot of space, it fits in my purse or pocket just fine and the pictures are very nice. My first Fine Pix was stolen from my truck in Dallas: it was bigger and bulkier. I hated to lose it, but this one makes up for it and the functions are the same. I've just moved and am still settling so haven't taken a lot yet, but for the price, this is a dandy camera.Read full review...

Decent, inexpensive camera

Cons: (1) This is the second camera I've had with 12 mega pixels & 10x optical zoom...my other camera took MUCH better/clearer pictures - especially at full zoom. (2) The zoom lever sticks.
Pros: Small, lightweight & easy to use. It does take nice pictures. Quick "snap" - no delay after pushing the button. And, best of all, inexpensive.Read full review...

Best Camera Ive ever Bought!

Great Camera! I was shopping for a camera, and was lucky to find an ad for the Ritz Camera store liquidation in Fort Worth Texas this little Beauty started at, 199.99 and had dropped in price over a year's time to 69.99 so I bought it because of the deal, or steal if you will, 12.1 megapixles and a 10x zoom, along with stabolizing technolgy and many many other features and the bonus HD Video I simply had to have it, and it has brought me nothing but joy the picture quality is excellant, and portrait and 2 face Id is really amazing best camera Ive ever bought.Read full review...

Picture says ALL the words you could never think of

So simple a dinosaur could use it (caveman is already being used). Clarity of the picture is astounding. Had a HP 5.0 for the longest time and after getting this I have been kicking my own dairy-air for waiting so long. The time it takes for a photo to finish being saved has massively improved. The only problem I have is that I am used to looking through a view finder to center my photo. Well needless to say, I have caught myself a few times trying to put the camera up to my eyeball. Something I am slowly weening myself off from doing.

I bought the Fuji because there seems to be so many Kodak and Sony out in circulation and being sold by granny's to newborn stores, but hardly any ads or sites who offer Fuji cameras. To me- this sends a message that they are not as mass produced as their competitors and I do believe more quality goes in something that is not mass produced just to keep up with supply in demand. Besides, it is like buying a car or a home, you try to find something more unique than others, a camera is no different. Quality is no less than that of Sony, Kodak or any other brand name camera.

Looking for a camera? Why not give Fuji a try, Just don't try to put it up to your eye, it may cause a throbbing headache from gamma rays blasting through your eyeball trying to turn you green and angry at all the army dudes.Read full review...

Awesome great bu money!y for my

I previously have owned two Fuji Fine pics cameras and both were excellent,but this one is even more so! I like the battery specially for this item,so have purchased 2 more as I love to take photos.I wanted a camera to take close up photos from far away such as mountains etc,and I believe it will be able to do just what I wanted also I like to take poster size or larger photos for framing and this will at least do that!Read full review...

it was a great price so i bought the camera , turned out to be one of the best cameras ive owned . takes great HD photos and has automatic scene detection plus it also records HD video .
