Great camera for both point & shoot and advanced users

Though I have used Canon cameras for many years in the past, the last three have developed issues that rendered them unusuable. I looked at (and eventually bought) the Fuji S2550HD based on the advice of our son who has two Fuji higher end models that he has used with good results. I have only had this camera for about a week and though I am mainly a point-shoot type user, this camera has basic as well as advanced features. It is lightweight and has a very good zoom lens. great camera with many good features and easy to use controls. good lens

this is a great camera with many useful features. It has a great image stabilizer, super good macro mode. large lens with great optical zoom makes for an easy to use camera. Also has a panoramic mode where you can stitch three pictures together. Very easy to use controls and menus. You can choose to turn the lcd screen off and use the viewfinder to save battery life while shooting. Great all around camera for a beginner to advanced photographer. 12 megapixels is plenty as long as you are not making huge enlargements of prints. Fuji S2500HD

ok, first off, it's a 12 megapixel digital slr camera. It's great; 18x digital zoom and incredible hd performance. It has face detection and various modes which you'll like. It features a pop up flash too which is nice. It's compact and it's a GREAT point and shoot camera. You don't have to be a pro to own one, all you need is the need for great pictures. a great camera for a small price!

I have only owned this camera a short time but really like the picture quality and the huge optical zoom...which is great for bird pictures. I'm still learning how to use it but it does a great job as a point and shoot until I get better at using my own settings.Read full review...

Great value but did not got a chance to use it

Getting this camera was my and kids dream. I finally found the price that matched with budget and bought this referbished camera on ebay. It was long wait to see and have fun and finally received camera. As i went through the package, I found things odd, cd has crack, betteries were leacking, camera felt much lighter and got bad fellings. I plug in reguler batteris to learn about camera. Images was blurry.

fromt time I recevied, I experienc the isseu, we decided to send back in to get replace or money back. I can not speak how this camera work for me since I really did not get to use it. I like fujifilm brand so i will look into different model.

Great Camera

I was looking for a new camera that was bigger than what I had. I really like this camera it takes great pictures. The only thing I have found that I dont like is that the zoom button sticks sometimes. It doesn't always do it but it does sometimes. I'm not a professional photographer but this camera allows me to take great pictures that look professional!!Read full review...

Awesome camera, I love it

I just got back form a week of skiing in Colorado, and this camera was the second best thing I backed with me... second to my skies. the burst modes and panorama modes are awesome

Great camera it does everything that I wanted it to and more. Very light weight and the pictures are amazing!
