Works great !

Easy to set up. It has been 100% reliable and offers many excellent options. Can set to turn on/off at different times or depending on temperature. I live in a desert and have this in my garage. I prefer to turn the AC on manually, but have it set to turn off at a scheduled time. Although this unit is branded as Fujitsu, it is made by Intesis (Spain) and supports nearly all mini-split AC/Heat units.
I wish I had done this when I first had my AC installed.

I can still use the original remote if I choose to as they work well together.

Just what I needed

This is exactly what I needed. Now I can control the mini split at our cottage no matter where I'm at. I'm looking forward to having the cottage warmed up before we get there in the cold winter months. Set up was easy and went without a glitch. The controls on the app are easy to use. I highly recommend this product.Read full review...

Don't listen to HVAC repair man!

My reputable HVAC wanted $300 and told me they had to install a component inside the Fujistu head to make this device work. I have the 18000 BTU head and the infrared is built in!!!

Easy WiFi configuration. Wife is now happy she can control all the AC/Heat pumps from the iPhone when she's in bed.Read full review...

Worst controller that I have ever bought - the manufacture provides virtually no technical support.

I bought 3 of these to control my Fujitsu ASU9RLS2 wall mount Mini-Split d units. Programming them was a challenge because the information needed is split up into several user guides. Once I had them programmed so that they could turn the Fujitsu units off and on, I setup what Intesis call "Patterns" which is in essence a time ("Calendar") schedule that would include the set time for "Actions" such as setting the temperature, fan speed, mode (e.g. Cool or Heat) and positioning of the vanes of the Fujitsu wall mount Mini-Splits units. After spending hours learning how to do this, I thought that I was good to go. Unfortunately, the Intesis WiFi/IR controllers have minds of their own and would not reliably follow the "Actions" setup in their "Patterns". For example, I programmed an Intesis device to set a temperature of 70 degrees F starting at 5:30AM with a fan speed of medium but the units always reverted to an "Automatic" setting of the fan speed which was insufficient to cool that area of my house. On another Intesis controller, I setup the "Pattern" to set the temperature to drop to 70 degrees F at 5:30AM (from 82 degrees F during the night) and I would wake up in the morning to discover that the Intesis controllers had not done what was programmed into the "Pattern" and the temperature was still set at 82 degrees F. To make matters worse I could not get technical support from anyone. The Intesis units are sold by a company called ecomfort but are made by Intesis which is a subsidiary of a company called HMS. It was impossible to get through to Intesis support and ecomfort doesn't provide technical support. Soon after I wrote a stinging review based on an email that ecomfort sent me asking for a review, I received a call from a man at HMS who offered to provide technical support. He asked me to provide pictures of the bottom of each Intesis unit so that he would have the model number, MAC address and serial numbers. I did so and provided him with the details of the "Patterns" and "Actions" for each of the patterns. I have yet to hear back. With shipping, I have spent over $650 for these devices and ecomfort will not take them back and I have yet to get them to work properly. I totally regret this purchase!Read full review...

Doesn't give total control

I hooked it up which took a while, works good but was disappointed when I realized it only controls the basic functions, not all of the functions that the remote can control . Wish I had bought a unit that had the wifi built in.Read full review...
