Clear 100 watt light bulbs
Good quality bulbs that are very bright because they are clear. Very good for fixtures that have globes or some other enclosure because that serves the same purpose as a frosted bulb. One can no longer purchase the conventional bulbs that produce the lumens we are accustomed to in incandescent bulbs. These Are Real Light Bulbs!!! Actually 100 watts, not those weak/terrible 100w equivalent bulbs that look as bright as the 35w they use.
It's becoming near impossible to find real light bulbs, all they have is 100W equivalents...which are complete lies. Compare this 100w light bulb with ANY 100w equivalents and you will see a VERY noticeable difference in brightness. Plus these don't have that color that new lights have. I only needed 1 light bulb, the other 19 are not needed at the moment, yet I still might but ANOTHER 20 pack, who knows how long it will be possible to get real light bulbs in the future.Read full review...

Bulbs to read by and prevent pipes from freezing
I use these 100w bulbs in my basement right along side my pipes. They prevent my outside wall pipes to my upstairs bathroom from freezing in the winter. A lot less expensive than replacing my pipes! They are great to use by my favorite chair to read by!

Why I like clear bright light bulbs.
I do not like these latest bulbs they sell in stores today. I prefer the crystal clear glass bulbs 100 watts with a 1730 Lumens rating. Most 100 watt bulbs have at the most maybe 1200 but most of the time under 1000 and if they are frosted then even less light is emitted.
This was because some one in our government was approached by the electric company saying that they were producing lots of electricity and people thought it cost to much to pay for so someone thought it would be better to make a bulb that used less juice to light up or put gas in the bulb to make it brighter and all those things to me to me didn't work for me. Since I didn't mind paying a few more bucks a month for the electricity why should they make different buld and stop making these bulbs I like so much?
So that is why I order these kinds of bulbs over the years.Read full review...
