Not the right part for my GE 1J408N electric stove
I ordered this part by mistake. It looked like what I needed, but when I received it, I realized that it was not going to fit. What I needed was the Hotpoint Cat. No. 23CS2. I bought this part for my 1950's GE Model No. 1J408N electric stove. I'm having difficulty finding parts as there are no catalogs for stove parts from the 1950's. I did call GE and the guy that answered the phone went to the microfiche and found me the part number for other items. That is the only way to determine part numbers.Read full review...
