A medical doctor published a study he did on digestive issues, yeast infections and weight gain. Each one of these issues were resolved by taking probiotics formulated for women.
I started a regiment of taking the capsules as prescribed on the container and in 6 months I have lost 56 pounds. I have more energy, I have been able to stop takin two of my blood pressure medications and I haven't quit enjoying my two cups of coffee sweetened and flavored creamer followed by a 20 ounce double shot whole milk and flavored French Vanilla Latte every morning.
Plus I have an occasional coke or sweet tea.
Your results may differ slightly from mine but my results are exactly what the doctor said. My goal is to lose another 41 pounds over the next 6 months.

I had nothing to compare it to but it seemed to help. I marked no on value because everything is expensive now a days. It didn’t cure the problem but it might help me to stay well now that I am. You'd be hard pressed to find equal value in comparable products, from another company. As an example, the reason their "Vitamin Code" line isn't considered 'USDA Certified Organic' is because it would have to be heat processed- which would destroy all of the inherent whole food enzymes, which are of crucial value. Apparently, Garden of Life cares less for labels and more for the benefits their products provide.
