About $1M Less Than the 60’s Goldfinger Submariner
My second Glycine purchase this month - I really love these watches! Super-value at this price point. To go with the fabulous orange Luminova, I put a Crown & Buckle BZP-36-22 black and olive NATO on it for the full Goldfinger treatment - looks great; feels great. I’ve had a Submariner Date before, and there’s certainly not $5,000 in quality separating it from this Combat Sub. Thank you watchgooroo! A+++++Read full review...

Looked great, fell apart quickly
Didn't even last 2 months of normal use. I can't believe this watch is so poorly made after all the listing showed about it, and the seemingly solid nature of it. I wore it off and on in rotation with several other mechanical watches I own, and despite the stiff and uncomfortable strap I was excited at the prospect of finding a good long-lasting timepiece that didn't break the bank like my more costly thoroughbred brands. Now, when winding it (only after it stopped running) the rotor spins while attempting to wind it, and the crown won't engage the hands or extend past the date setting. It's absolutely maddening to find out that there's only a 30-day return policy for this, since I am reading from many other unfortunate purchasers that this is a common issue with this watch and it tends not to show up until well after the 30-day return policy is expired. BE CAREFUL TO DO YOUR RESEARCH. I'm so disappointed I can barely stand it.Read full review...

A genuinely nice, straightforward watch at a great price.
Really like mine. Overall build is great at this price. The nylon band is a nylon band — no surprise. Lume is so-so, but not out of line at this price (or even a lot more $). Mine is an honest +5 sec/day which I think is outstanding at this price point. Lots of pessimistic speculation after Invicta bought Glycine, but this watch sure doesn’t hint at any problems. Swiss auto with all the goodies!
This watch only a year ago was a $600, 200M water rated, Swiss-made (ETA, 25-jewel), with date, sapphire, hacking and handwinding.
Now it's all of that still... just half the price.
This particular colorway has some "fauxluminova" and the "Bond"-style gray-nad-black NATO strap to make it seem like a vintage Submariner from Dr. No, but the Combat Sub is no homage and is it's own thing. VERY well built.
Only downside might be that the bezel is 60 instead of 120 clicks, but it's an incredible piece. Read full review...

Good value in a stylish timepiece
Watch runs well, a little fast (about 15 sec/day) but consistent, which is good. I particularly like the lume and the distinctive markers that allow me to accurately tell the time at night (as opposed to some other watches I have owned that have 12 identical dots on the face and you can't tell whether it's 1:20 or 2:25).Read full review...

An underrated gem
A very beautiful piece up close. Very solid stainless steel case with amazing finishing. Winding is buttery smooth and the bezel clicks are tight & crisp. Everything aligns perfectly especially the dial, bezel markers and indices. Read full review...

Entry level swiss is perfect!
It's the perfect size, big watches are out, it's very thin and on the fabric band it's very light weight and I've worn it everyday since arrival.

Quality of Oris, Montblanc, Baumé & Mercier for $250
Has Sileta Swiss movement which is the same used in more expensive watches like Oris, Montblanc, and Baumé & Mercier costing $1000-$2000. Best bang for buck watch at only $250
