Many pluses and a few Minuses
I was under the impression when I bought it that it had removable plates so they could be washed in the sink or dishwasher. It is easier to clean than a Hamilton Beach grill that I had but not by much. It is a very much non-stick so that's a big plus. Two minus's are it would be better if it had a high heat range and a low heat range. Additionally the hinge could be more adjustable...it has a tendency to push a burger or a steak toward the front edge because the non-stick coating is so slippery....if the hinge applied more downward pressure instead of forward pressure it would be great. Better than expected
I wasn't sure I would like it, works great. Fast heating and cooking as expected, better non-stick than I thought. Think foreman just different. Know what others will get for Christmas and birthdays. And those who are away at school. Still can't make an egg sandwich or ommelete, but none can do that. Great at tortilla ham and cheese sandwiches too, load them fold them and the cheese doesn't make to bad a mess. Still experimenting with fast and quick.Good find, good buy.Read full review
