This 36 page book contained all of the words of the song, "Grandma's Feather Bed", which was written by Jim Connor and sung by John Denver. The illustrations are big and bright and cute beyond expectations, done by Christopher Canyon. It was meant to be a children's book but I, as a 56 year-old, enjoyed it. It brought out the child in me. The last pages contained the story behind the song, a photo of John Denver and Jim Connor, and the musical score of the song. I purchased this book because I am a relative of John Denver and I am writing a book about my relationship with him. This book is not only reference material but in reading it, I feel closer to John.
