This item is fine from the dealer and there is no actual problem with it however I am totally upset as well as everyone should be about the total rip-off the printer companies are promoting on the public! Almost every printer manufacture has a large quantity of printers and it seems that almost every printer needs a different part number cartridge and they are all much more expensive than they need to be! There is absolutely no reason the same ink cartridge could not be used on most models of a manufactures printer! The manufactures also make great pains to make it so there are several problems using remanufactured or generic cartridges or refill systems! The reason they put out several new models every year that all need a different part number cartridge is strictly greed, they can make much more on the cartridges than the actual printer! Great value for the purchase price.

This expired cartridge prints just as others costing at least $24. My previous experience is that the original cartridges deliver quality printouts past their expiration date.

Stick to genuine HP, not remanufactured!

Why did I buy a genuine HP cartridge on eBay? Easy. Because previously I had purchased remanufactured cartridges and had a bad experience! The initial cost was less but in the end it cost more because the cartridges lasted perhaps 1/2 as long and one, the color cartridge, required a service man to install. Fortunately he did it for free!

When you buy a remanned cartridge on eBay think through the process. You probably are "almost out" but not completely dry so this cartridge will sit around for a couple of weeks. By the time you find out it lasts 1/2 as long way too much time has passed to do anything about it. Plus, who wants to hassle over a $29 purchase that is used! Whose word would you believe in a dispute that is initiated perhaps a month or more after the sale?

I've made my life even simplier. I don't buy any remanufactured products........period! I already save enough on eBay!

Cost-effective HP Cartridge.

Convient, well-made, top-quality from Hewlett-Packard. While the ink content is a bit limited, they can be easily refilled, if one so chooses. However, once the original ink has been depleted, the internal memory cannot be reset to display anything more than the original level(s). You get what you pay for.

The HP cartridges are the only ones I buy, because the aftermarket ones are not able to be read by my HP printer. Since the brand one can be read by my computer, I always know the levels of ink that I have left so I don't have a surprise and run out without being warned. The quality of the printing is always good, so it is worth paying a little bit more to have the features that I get with the brand cartridges.Read full review...

Better Than Expected!!!!

I would like to thank you for your quick service and quality product. With the way the ecomony has become in high demands of rising prices, it can be difficult to purchase somethings as before (financial wise). Looking for more affordable products with good quality is the idea to me.

This refurbished ink is beyond words could express. The price was right!! The ink quality was on point, as if it was the orginal hp 56.

People, take time to do a little more investing with your time and money. Its time we as people get to a better level of understanding of knowing how to live and not living for everyone else beyond our means but if you can afford to buy top quality items that's fine also. Too eaches own! I chose to live within my means and sometimes a litte less when it comes to materialistic. It can for sure save alot of tylenol pill popping. In other words, less headaches.
