HP Z Turbo Drive G2 High Profile Card (742006003)

Cant use as a boot drive in legacy systems but its still pretty fast.

I was really hoping that I would be able to boot from it from an legacy motherboard, similar to the OCZ Revo Drive but alas, it seems there isnt an easy way to boot NVMe on legacy systems.

Used as a scratch/data drive in a HP Z420 workstation using default Windows 10 driver. Also tested without problem with a brand new 1 TB Intel 660p nvme SSD. Met read/write sequential/random benchmark expectations once installed in appropriate PCIe slot.

Have not tested as a boot drive so far due to the likely limitations of the motherboard of that generation of HP Z workstations. Read full review
