I love HTC products

HTC mobile phone are very good products to be had. Their added software features make them an efficient performing product. I bought this HTC One M8 as a slightly used product and its description was on point. It ran well for an Andriod product and as soon I engadged operations it updated and functioned as expected. Unfortunately it wasn't factory certified, and I knew this, the battery life is bit short compared to the Windows 8.1 HTC One M8 which it was replacing. It was all good until it completely died

I had bought a phone just like this one earlier this year and I completely feel in love and I was super happy. I had no intention of buying a new not for a good ol while. But in June I had trouble with the charge connection so I decided to get it fix. It took a long time so I ask why so long to the person who was fixing it they said my battery wasn't no good either so I had to wait even longer but lucky they gave me a temporary phone(which I own now), so finally in July I went back up there to check again and to find out that the phone wasn't no good. Not only I was mad because I just got that phone but I got a phone that was useless. This taught me a lesson to just go to an actual cell phone carrier store and get a better one. Good for people who like to mod their phones (though not great for people like me who like smaller phones)

Well I am not an expert to give a very detailed review. But I love this phone. I have used Samsung LG and few other phone recent days. But HTC One M8 is my fav. No lagging or any major bug. I love this phone, works excellent and I'm a Windows phone person.

Disappointed

I have been a fan of HTC for a while and I own a couple different cheaper desire phones and was excited to upgrade to their flagship phone but this this was a huge disappointment. My cheaper desire phones are nicer and have twice the battery life. I sold the HTC One M8 and got a LG G3 and the LG G3 blows the HTC One out of the water as far as features and design goes.Read full review...

Windows Mobile 8.1

I am not an Apple fan. Much prefer Android. Then saw the MS Windows OS 8.1. Really like the functionality and way the operating system works, feels. Very cool to go with the phone. Android I had to customize too much with apps to get it to look right.

I am a business user so Apps not important to me.... work apps. In fact the Microsoft Office apps I use too. So this real limitation is not an issue for me. If you are into apps then really research it.

If you want functionality, cool look, solid biz OS then I am happy with this and will go to Window 10.0 soon.

Hey what can you say... freak'n beautiful phone. Just love it. Had the M-7 but had problems. This phone just great all the way around. Beautiful, solid, metal, great feel, screen. Speakers/sound are awesome.

Great deal compared to the new M-9. I say this is the value buy... whether with the Android OS or Windows. For most people the Android OS probably best...

for business too just a great phone from the vibe it sends to functionality.

Knock on the phone is the camera... again I am not using the phone to be a photographer... to me the camera takes very nice pictures.Read full review...

Great phone only if it wasn't broken

I was able to look past the scratches on the back, but when I tried plugging my headphones in for some reason my music would only play though the speakers (which do sound nice) every once in awhile it would actually play sound through the earphones but when I locked the screen it would pause, and then play through the speakers.
