Great machine for tough chefs.

Great machine built for the tough job, especially the Indian cooking! Variable speed and different preset processing modes are great. Almost double the price of an Indian brand, but double power and very durable machine. Not the usual plasticky one that you see around. Grand Daddy of Mixers.

I wanted a Mixer/Blender which can take on our Indian Cuisine Challenges. I currently have a Phillips but it is not 110V, I had to use up converter to run this. I was looking for American made with longer warranty. I came across Hamilton Beach professional, This is an awesome product. Nice size jars, grinds very well, all Sturdy and DW safe.
