I don't understand why this product would receive any negative reviews. It's absolutely amazing and even on the quick clean setting it's still not loud like some people claim. Not quite at all, but I don't care. I have several animals and it's helping with smell and air quality. What I didn't realize is you need to replace the filters. I will probably have to replace a little sooner than every 3 months it suggests and the cost seems to be around 12.00. I thought it just " cells" you cleaned. Better than I expected

We have 4 dogs and a chinchilla and kids. So the dust flies. This seems to work well, the air seems cleaner and it is gathering a good bit of dander. I would actually like to get another to have in our other main living space. Also, it is quiet, but has the perfect white noise for at night when set on the middle setting.
