A sweet tilt arm - tilt lamp floor lamp
This Hampton Bay oil rubbed bronze floor lamp, adjustable arm, tilt lamp, Edison bulb is in my opinion a well crafted item for the (my) home. Looks so much better in the home then in the store. The bronze treatment is of good quality and finish. Adjustable arm and tilt lamp makes adjustments a snap. Base of unit has nice contours with beautiful bronze accents, and is seriously weighted. Pedestal looks good, topped off with a slightly stepped glass bowl. As the sun sets in the West, I turn this lamp on, the nice warm mellow glow that emanates from the bulb is quite soothing over harsh white lights. NOTE: You have to tackle this lamp to knock it over.
When this item arrived I thought I was receiving the desktop model. Happily it wasn't. Manufacturers packaging was well done as it survived a 2600 mile trip with FedEx ground, intact, no scratch or dents on packaging or item. Once removed from packaging assembly was a snap, no tools required, hands and fingers only, 5 minutes to unpack, assembly, begin using.
