Did not receive item as pictured

Ordered this item based on description and picture and expected it to have 12V powered cord. Received item today and only included a USB to Ethernet Cable. Needed the 2D bar code reader for an upcoming event and rather upset that I wasn't shipped what was pictured or described.Read full review...
