Cary Grant in "Houseboat"

What a classic, wonderful and funny movie. I am so pleased with this purchase of "Houseboat". The old movies are easy on the eyes and brain to sit and watch for any length of time.

Funny, a little slow at parts though

This was a pretty good movie, Cary Grant and Sophia Loren have a believable on-screen chemistry, but it was a little slow at parts; still I am glad to have it in my collection. I love this movie because it has been one of my wifes favorites since she was young. I love being able to spend time with her doing the things that she likes and loves as well as those things that I love to do as well. this is just a great way to relax together.Read full review...

A good story with fun and serious moments.
There are a number "social examinations" in the story, but it's mostly a love story with kids and a single dad.
We don't buy very many movies, but after I saw it on tv, I wanted to buy it.
I hope you enjoy it for all the reasons I do.

Family Movie!!!!!!

Great family movie. Highly recommended. The stars Cary Grant and Sophia Loren are fantastic. Great Classic. A nice love story. Clean and enjoyable. Will pass it on to the kids, they enjoyed it.

Sounds like great fun and it is.

Great fun for the whole family. Romantic, funny, and a look into the 50's culture. You'll want to watch this one again and again.

One of my all time favorite movies.........

I looked for it for sometime and was really happy to see it on EBAY.. It is a cute, funny, happy, movie with Cary Grant a perfect cast.
