Declining Quality

I bought one of these several years ago and am very pleased with it. When I decided to buy another I searched for the exact same model. Unfortuately, like everything else these days, profit has become more important than quality and customer satisfaction. The materials are of lighter weight and the assembly much more flimsy. If I find myself wanting or needing another, I will look for a different brand that I can obtain locally.Read full review...

Would not purchase again

The drying rack is a nice strong unit. It can hold 9 larger items well when expanded. There is a small plastic connector at the point of expansion on each bar. It leaves a visible stretch mark on the dried clothing. It is a fault with this drying rack. Wouldn't purchase again due to this issue. I wrap something around the white plastic pieces to cover them before I place something on the rack to dry.Read full review...
