This is by far the best dessert recipe book I have ever purchased. These recipes are easy to prepare and are delicious!. The best feature is that each recipe has the nutrition values set out. No more guessing as to calories, fat grams, sugars, proteins, etc. This book has recipes for single serving desserts as well as desserts for larger groups. Fantastic book. dont get your hopes up

I was really excited to get this book because I love desserts and wanted healthier alternatives but I would rather have smaller portions vs using non natural ingredients.
