Does not work for us

We have spent half an hour with this and it does not work for us...does not scan or do anything. Light goes on than it goes off...very unreliable. I have tried everything I knew but no result. We gave up so far, maybe revisit it once again, when we have time. It feels very light, the plastic is just a few grams. It might be working well for somebody but we could not get it to do anything, even when the light is on, tried scanning texts - nothing.Read full review...
