Good concept, bad design
This is a very good idea for some light in the bathroom for those middle of the night visits. However, I have owned this product for about a month and the suction cups holding it on the bowl have failed 5 times so far, making the unit fall off onto the floor. The suction cup on the light portion would not adhere from day one, but I just bent the wire a bit and positioned the light between the seat and the bowl and that worked ok, until the unit falls off the side. There is a better design out there which hangs on the bowl and I bought one of those for my sister. It's a better design and has a few more colors as well.Read full review...

Keep packaging I should you need to return.
Mine doesn't work. I put batteries in and it and it lit up so I threw away the packaging . Placed it and it wouldn't work. Fussed awhile thinking the sensor wasn't facing right, or it was not dark enough. Changed batteries also thinking they were not good. Nothing. Disappointed but I think this was just random. Amazing Product
This product is SO great for so many reasons. Kids love it and it motivates them to use the potty. Those who get up in the night to use the bathroom love it. AND it's just a fun gadget to have in your bathroom. The colors are beautiful and dark/bright enough.

I love the idea of this product and it does work well, HOWEVER the control box is definitely an issue. I have wet the suction cups and it last about a week before it falls off. I tried dry, and that doesn't work at all. Sooooo WHAT IS NEXT?

Very Disappointed
The device is suppose to stick to the bowl, but it doesn't. If you lift the lid it falls off. The advertisement showed a stiff plastic arm that fits over the rim of the toilet bowl, this one doesn't have that, it has a soft plastic strap and the suction caps don't stick to the bowl and it fall to the floor when the lid is lifted. Good and works as intended
I know there are some users that complained about this toilet night light. Mostly about the suction cups and battery drainage. If you slightly wet the suction cups before sticking to the outside of the bowl they will hold for quite a few days or longer. The battery drainage is not that bad. I bought rechargeables for it and have not had to replace the first 3 yet and it has been a couple of weeks. I am pleased with the light and fleft 5 stars.
