This is an amazing album. two of the greats, one on the way up and one an institution. Stevie plays in a more subdued way then on his solo albums and blends his style with one of the masters of the Blues.
Every cut is unique and fantastic, Alberts smooth and laidback style mixed with Stevies driving and electric licks, make this album truly uniqe.
This session was one of the highlights of Stevies life, and it shows in every note he plays.
Albert is at his best blending his tunes with stevies, and makeing all of them new again.

A TRUE must for the Blues Lover! Really SPECIAL!!!

One of the BEST blues CD's that's available. Both of these men are no longer with us, and the LIVE recording is PRICLESS!
Albert King at his BEST both vocally and on the guitar! Stevie Ray just 28 years old and ripping on the "guit-fiddle"!
Just a special CD. A MUST for any Stevie Ray fan or Blues lover. Albert King is classic and smooth. Interacting with one another thru the whole disc. And the session musicians are SPOT on with the bass, drums, and B3. All in all just one of the most enjoyable Blues discs that i NOW own!

The songs are listed seperately, but the CD plays as one long session, making it almost seem as if you were there with them.
