I'll start this review by saying that I am an Indiana Jones fan: I have been ever since I watched the Raiders of the Lost Ark as a boy and still get excited when the movies come on cable. I really think that the original 3 movies, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Temple of Doom, and The Last Crusade are by far one of the best trilogies made. The final movie (which was made a long time after the fact) is still watchable: it reunites several key characters and I don't feel that Shia Labeouf runs the movie, he just makes it less fun. The 4th movie definitely drags in some areas and Harrison Ford is pretty old to still be doing some of the action scenes. The other 3 movies have a certain aesthetic and level of humor that is fairly well portrayed in the 4th so they are together pretty cohesive. The one original movie that is fairly different is the Temple of Doom (#2) as it is very deliberately gross and when I was young I really did not like it. As I grew up I learned to appreciate it more but the thematic elements are still a little weird in some areas.

I bought this collection for the entire series and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bluray is the way to go. Period.Read full review...

Great movies, lousy packaging by manufacturer!

We enjoyed the Bluray movies very much. What surprised me was the way they were packaging. In order to get a disc out of the package it is necessary to grab the disc & try to pull it loose. Even by opening the slot more it is still difficult to get the discs out. Very poor planning. Had I known, I would have bought a set with easier access that would keep someone from being required from handling the discs every time they were removed. Read full review...

Replace your DVDs with Blu-Ray! It's worth it.

For some time, I've been replacing my DVDs with Blu-Rays. I keep some of the DVD series' combined because the artwork and content is sometimes better with the legacy, DVDs but with UHD upscaling to 4K, it's better than a theatre with a big screen and nobody kicking your chair, stepping in front of you during the movie, negotiating the armrest and generally rude people around you, unless you have it at home.Read full review...

Great deal, but case broke.

Indiana Jones! All four (soon to be five!) films and extras in blu ray hi def quality! You can't beat this package for now! Definitely a must for Jones fans!

A lovely collection, beautifully restored HD versions of these classic movies.
