Michelle Pfeiffer at her sexiest!

If you've ever wondered what it's like to see the gorgeous Michelle Pfeiffer in the nude, then this film is for you.I've got this film on video too,but with the DVD you can press "zoom" on your remote control and enlarge the picture.Although you barely(no pun intended)see Michelle Pfeiffer naked, what you do see is well worth watching as this is her only onscreen nudity. The film itself is really entertaining as well, and in addition to Ms. Pfeiffer,it stars Jeff Goldblum,Dan Aykroyd and David Bowie. It also features great music by B.B. King.Well worth your time and money.Read full review...

Into The Night

A movie that gets mixed reviews, I have always liked this film. Stars like Jeff
Goldblum and Michelle Pfeiffer, along with Dan Aykroyd, Richard Farnsworth, and Vera Miles make it a star studded cast. Add to that mix performances by David Bowie and film director John Landis and Roger Vadim and it is a special cast indeed. I had put off purchasing the film because it had not gotten good disc reviews. But the film looks great on my upconvert dvd player. It is dual layer, anamorphic widescreen and done in my personal favorite 1.85:1 aspect ratio, which fills the whole 16 X 9 screen. I could not have been more pleased. Michelle Pfeiffer fans will see her at her zenith in this film.Read full review...

Into the Night (DVD, 2003)

This is a slick movie. Ed Orkin (Jeff Goldblum) is a scientist and lately he can't concentrate or sleep. His wife is having an affair with her boss, and he is having trouble just doing his job. One night, in desperation, he drives to the airport to escape - ANYWHERE! Just as he pulls into the parking place in the garage, a beautiful woman (Michelle Pfeiffer) jumps onto the hood of his car screaming that men were trying to kill her, and begging her to take her home. She needs help badly, and is afraid to be alone, and she beggs Ed to stay with her. She tells him that she had just returned from Tehran, Iran, where she and her friend had just smuggled back six large emeralds that were part of the crown jewels of Iran. Her friend, Hasse, was murdered at the airport by the men who are chasing her. He takes her to a yacht that belongs to a friend, but she is turned away by his employee. Her old boyfriend Jack Caper(Richard Farnsworth), owns the yacht, but he is unavailable. The truth is that he is very ill and his "Bitch" wife, Vera Miles, is making serious inheritance plans. Michelle and Ed next go to her brother's apartment. He is an Elvis Impersonator, and has no desire to have anything to do with her. She is rather "flighty", the kind that skips out on the rent and huge phone bills. He has burned his bridges with her. She went there to get her clothes and her car, a Mercedes SL, bought by Jack. Her brother rented it out for money to a friend in an effort to pay her bills that he got stuck with, and it was not available. In the mean time, Ed's car gets towed and they are on foot. Michelle goes back and takes her brother's old Cadillac - A big old convertible with "The King Lives" on the door. As she and Ed leave the apartment, the Iranians have just arrived looking for her. She now goes to her friend who is a "B" movie actress who lives with her producer on the beach in Malibu. She hides the emeralds into her jacket lining for safe keeping, but the Iranians go to their home and ransack the place looking for the emeralds. In the process they beat up the producer and drown her in the surf. Ed and Michelle go to another rich Iranian guy's home. He is also a friend of Michelle and she thinks that he can help her get in touch with Jack Caper, who is his friend as well. When they get there, her friend is dead too. As it turns out, there is an Iranian woman, named Shaheen, very rich and powerful, who needs the stones for collateral against a very large loan that is coming due on a multi-million dollar real estate venture. These Iranian killers all work for her. Finally, she and Ed break into Jack's home to see him. He is dreadfully ill and didn't know that she had been trying to reach him for months, but was blocked by his wife. Jack is a billionaire with all political and governmental protections and friends. He tells them to go to Mexico right now and devises a plan to set up Shaheen too. Things don't go as planned and the Iranians are killed at the airport. Shaheen is caught, with the emeralds, and Ed and Michelle are taken to a motel at the airport where they are given $700,000 cash from Jack, to run away with. This movie had lots of action and was really entertaining. Back then, Michelle was a real fox!Read full review...

You will want to watch it a few times to study all the folks in it,

If You like movies , and I am talking about the industry and how they are made and by whom they are made, Then " Into the Night " is a must have and a must watch movie. Read what IMDB has to say, this Movie is all about the cast and the people of the movie industry, , You can also see what WIKI has to say about it. If you are a wanna be movie director , then a must see . Look up the cast, and read what and who they all are , it is amazing. I recommend you watch it first without knowing anything , and then after you watch , read the history, then you will want to watch again an pick out all the folks in it, It is a sort of modern day 1985 version of its a " mad mad mad mad world," but a very dark version, with sex nudity violence and laffs a plenty. Into the Night

Ed Okin's life is somewhat out of control. He can't sleep, his wife betrays him and his job is dull. One night he starts to drive through Los Angeles and he finally ends in the parking garage of L.A. Airport. Moments later a beautiful young lady jumps onto his bonnet and he finds himself being chased by four Iranians. What follows is a wild chase through the streets of Los Angeles and a very funny one too. The thriller element gives it a serious boot and the violence doesn't hold back with some outrageous murders. That especially goes for the tense and forceful climax, where nothing goes to plan. The story's idea is cleverly conducted with its many unexpected turns, scheming and plenty of fruitful characters adding to the zaniness. Goldblum's rapid fire dialog is perfect. A true master of the timely pause. Michelle is also great in her role. Enjoy this movie. A excellent movie with a casting twist.Read full review...

"Into the Night" dir. John Landis

All my friends hated this movie. It came out about the same time Vic Morrow and the two Vietnamese-American children were killed on the John Landis set of "Twilight Zone, the Movie." They blamed Landis. I think it colored their critique of the movie. It's about a nebish drone computer engineer in Los Angeles, played to a tee by Jeff Goldblum, with insomnia, whose wife is cheating on him and who winds up one sleepless night at LAX contemplating an overnight trip to Vegas, and winds up involved with Michelle Pfeiffer, an Iranian hit squade, stollen jewels, reclusive millionairs, murder, intrigue and Elvis. There are cameos galore including a hillarious one by John Landis himself, David Bowie, Carl Perkins, Dan Aykroyd, Vera Miles, Richard Farnsworth and a host of red-hot Hollywood directors who I think signed on to support Landis in his hour of need.
If you like dark commedy, you might like this one.

A perfect double feature with American Dreamer

This movie is a slow starter but when it gets going it is wonderful! Fits perfectly as a second movie with American Dreamer and is very like it in some ways. Perfectly cast and a great plot with action as well as humor. Great ending into the bargain. Highly Recommended.Read full review...
