Good sound, small package
The JBL Moto Mod attaches magnetically to the back of the Moto Z phones and turns the phone into an instant table radio. Great for a small office or for traveling. Sound is very good, considering the size of the package. You get clear highs and reasonable lows. Sounds volume isn't consistent
I've done some research, and this may be a problem with the new Android Nougat upgrade. When it's working right, it's awesome - the sound has better depth and fills a room great. Hopefully a software update will correct the sound issue.Read full review

Sturdy with Great Sound Boost
This speaker works! The sound is loud and clear. The kickstand design is sturdy and efficient for horizontal viewing. I also open the kickstand to hook my fingers around while holding my phone because the sleek, rounded edges makes the phone easy to drop. My phone with speaker has inadvertently dropped/slipped from my hands several times over the 2 years I have owned this speaker yet I have had no problems with damage. My first mod for my Force 2
I've had my Motorola Force 2 phone for 2 years and just recently decided to try one of itsost unique features. You can buy these snap on mods that can turn the phone into a movie projector, or a top notch digital camera. As a musician, I was most interested in the JBL sound speaker mod. Exceptional Moto Mod speaker
I like this Moto Mod for a lot of reasons, first- the sound is great... JBL makes great speakers, and this one sounds great for the size and how it connects to the phone. I like the fact that since its a Moto Mod, it connects to the phone and doesn't have to be plugged in or synced via Bluetooth. I also like the fact that it has a built in battery and if you are not using the speaker the battery is augmenting the phone. Motorola is really proud of their Moto Mod line- if you buy this off of the website it costs a pretty penny, but I got a really good deal from the seller on eBay. I would highly recommend this mod if you have a Motorola phone that uses them.Read full review

I love these little speakers. The sound you get in comparison to just your phone speakers is like night & day! It's pretty cool you can charge them even while attached to the phone. A bit on the heavier side but in my opinion, well worth it. I listen to music all the time on my phone, so to me the extra bulk/weight is worth it.
