This is my first PTZ purchase and I'm so shocked @ how good this product works. The picture quality is awesome, including the zoom feature! Hopefully but disappointed
I was really looking forward to using this cost effective ptz in some future packages that I sell and install. The camera part does work ok With a different 12vdc power supply.
But not with the cheap one supplied. The flying bees is a term used in the TV video when static little dots go across / up / down / or 45 degrees across the screen.
I emailed the seller but our languages are a problem because they don't understand technical details. So if you buy these just know you will need to buy a aftermarket 12vdc filtered 5 amp power supply. Note: The menus are not standard in call, set, IE : call 95 is not the universal menu. Zoom/focus is out of this world
Produce is heavy and seems well built. Came with all the necessary parts and manual. Hooked right up and worked the first time. PTZ works also. Some times it gets lost with panning but it just may be me not knowing how to operate the software from Q-see. Only has a about a 80 degrees field with max wide angle, wanted a little more wide angle. Zoom is ridiculous but auto focus is just out of this world. The auto focus is great. I would buy this again. The color is not as deep as the Q-see cameras I have. But love it.Read full review...
