Works IF it would stay on!

This works as it should...it connects to Bluetooth with ease. The sound is good. The call quality is good. However...there is a BIG design flaw. The "arms" is not long enough causing it to be "unbalanced". It CONSISTENTLY falls off the back of my neck...EVEN at times when I am not even moving. I can be standing in one place playing Call of Duty and just my little movement causes it to fall off. Its doesnt fall of "sometimes"...it falls of EVERY TIME. I dont keep them on my ears all the time, if that was the case they would work just fine. But when you take them off your ears to rest on shoulder/neck...they will slide off towards your back.Read full review

Jabra Halo Smart Headphones do the job

With this being my first Bluetooth headphones, I guess I was expecting too much. Yes, it connects easily to my iPhone. Yes, it is wireless, so I don't have to fumble with wires anymore & get tangled. And yes, it produces great sound. But with all earbud-type headphones that I have been using for the past 20 years or so, I just cannot get a good-fitting earbud so that it fits firmly in my ear. The ones that came with this unit are way too small, and the ones I had from a previous brand do fit ok, but I am still finding that the Halo Smart continues to move and slip out of my ears whenever I move. If I am sitting still and not moving, then these bad boys are great, even close to perfect. If I can get my hands on some larger earbuds that are compatible with this unit, then maybe all of my questions will be answered.

Overall, it's a great sounding product, but a little overpriced if you ask me. If I can find some better fitting earbuds, maybe my tune will change.Read full review

Lightweight, great features

Lightweight around the neck, love the fact that the buds are magnetized.
Need to have extra replacement buds since they do fall off. No problems being heard clearly when answering calls.

TREMENDOUS - but instructions could be better

These are really GREAT! Purchased two and love them. Quite comfortable and just an incredible battery life. I don't think that the instructions for the pairing is very clear! You really have to hold down the multifunction button for some time to get these to pair.

Overall, the product is usable and pretty good. I like the earbud style, as it stays in the ear better than others. The only real flaw is in the controls such as volume. Volume control is only accessible, either when on a call or when playing media on a media player. There are situations, such as when using Google Maps, where you'd like to control the volume, but it's not available, except directly on the phone. There are other "no-can-do's" regarding the controls. I thought of sending it back, but it's good enough in other ways, that I'll live with it. He neck band is too wide and keeps sliding off.. the ear lugs don't stay in no mater what you do.. I would almost tater use the corded headset then these due to them being uncomfortable and falling off all the time and.
