Jersey Shore: Entertainment for the New Generation

I have to agree with most reviews and mention I think this show is one of which that a lot of people watched but were ashamed to admit it. It's not quality TV - by no means, but it certainly is entertaining - atleast for our generation of young adults. I mean who wouldn't want a season to G.T.L, party and get paid for it all! C'mon! I think New Yorkers will especially agree, that most of us have a lot in common with the cast - whom make the show what it is. Moreover, MTV has put together a decent DVD set for fans of the show. I mean the most enterataining parts of the show were censored out during the season - fans of the show will definitely want to pick this up, without the 'PG rating'. And if you haven't seen the show before, and you're looking to have a viewing pleasure experience - this one fits the bill. I recommend it.Read full review...

Love The Jersey Shore

I'm the type that don't watch the shows on MTV, and I heard people talking about this show all the time on face book, and I knew who the people where already from the internet, So I decided to buy season one, I watched it and thought not a bad show, It just people who rent a beach house on jersey shore, and work, and then party, and go clubbing I really love DJ Pauly D he is sexy, and Ronnie as well, I love both of em' Snookie is cool, I like her, They all seem like a bunch of cool peeps to hang out with and party, some funny things to in the series.Read full review...

I didn't start watching this series until Season Two so I had to see what happened in Season 1 so this is why I purchased it. I am really happy that I did because Season One was excellent! First off what a show, in general it's just a life everyone would love to live, going out clubbing and renting a beach house for the summer sounds pretty awesome to me, all the charcters are just people you would love to know and probably already know in your day to day life which makes this show hilarious to watch, well worth the buy!Read full review...

I really enjoy watching "Jersey Shore". It's funny and entertaining. Two thumbs up!! The only thing is it doesn't bleep the curse words, but thus it being unscensored. If you don't want to hear the curse words then no, but if it doesn't bother you then this is the dvd for you.Read full review...

I guess I didn't know what this show was all about but I will not ever give another one. I do not like reality shows because it tells young people that it is ok to do all the things they do and get big money for being in drugs, drinking and sex any time any where no matter who gets hurt.
