"O" rings very hard

After lubing lever and inner petcock assembly with lube, while slowly installing petcock lever with light inward pressure and slowly turning it at the same time, the "o" ring chipped, rendering the whole kit useless because the valve wouldn't seal with the chipped "o" ring. Unfortunately the only way to get the "o" ring replaced from the seller, was to get another kit and they made no offer to send one out. Being it is a metric ring and no description of size on package, it has been a nightmare trying to find a "o" ring that will fit. Paying $10.00 for another kit just to get one "o" ring is ridiculous. I have done many of these fuel valve repairs and had no failures with other kits that contained softer "o" rings.Read full review

The diaprhagm doesn´t work in the petcock of my Kawasaki KZ 750 due to the small holes in the diaprhagm. the gasoline path side communicates with the vacumm side due to the mentioned holes.
