Not enough functions
Well I gave it all 5’s even though I returned it. I’m sure it’s great as far as it goes. I thoroughly read the manual, and it seems like a great bread machine,howerver, it didn’t not have all the functions I was looking for.
My old Cuisanart had all of the dough making functions I need so I spent the extra money and got a new one.
I assumed all bread machines had these functions and we all know what ASSUME stands for.
I almost kept the new machine but storage room would have been an issue for a couple of loaves of bread a year.

So far it works great. I've made several loaves of bread using the recipes that came with it (1.5 pounds at medium color) and they rise, bake, and taste perfect. I follow the directions in the operating manual and in the "Quick Start Guide for Bread Maker" that came with the machine, especially how to add all the ingredients on step 03 and the bread turns out great. Happy with KBS bread machine
I am learning how to use my new bread machine. The instructions were not easy but I am figuring it out! Using for regular and Gluten Free bread recipes.
I am manually programming for my Gluten Free as the pre-programmed cycle is not correct for my GF recipe. should only be 1 mix, one ferment(rise) and then Bake.
all in all though I am very happy with this purchase.
