Replacement speakers for Fiero

I bought these as a replacement for 2 old dash speakers in my 1984 Pontiac Fiero that I am restoring. Easy to mount and hookup , with great overall sound quality and matches well with the original am/fm radio that came with the car. A great product, with all the extras that were needed for install. Great Sounding Speakers

I bought these to replace the original 4x10 speakers in my 1989 Arriva 2050 ski boat (which turned out to be Clarions). The original Clarions had paper cones and mud/tweeters, which generally give warm, rich sound. These Kenwoods have plastic woofers and tweeters, which a lot of times sound tinny and sharp, but these sound really good! The magnets are good size (exactly the same as the Clarions), and the construction seems good. They don't necessarily have a conventional grill, but the plastic body provides good coverage and acts like a grill, especially over the tweeter. Nice factory replacements

I bought these as replacements for the rear top mounted speakers in my 1998 Chevy Tahoe. I was always very happy with the original factory speakers and system that came in the vehicle and never felt a need to make any changes until the rear speakers finally blew from me cranking the music for years. I was concerned that replacing with other than original may effect the sound and may not sound as balanced or different. I installed these myself and they fit perfect and the sound in great, good bass responce and midrange with twetter or treble responce as well. Good highs and lows at all volume levels, but this is what I have always liked about Kenwood speakers. Plus the price I bought them for on ebay cant be beat. Kenwood 4 x 10 Speakers

I purchased this particular size Kenwood speaker to replace some older Pyle Drivers that were mounted in my Bluebird motorhome. Although they do not quite measure up to a quality 6 X 9 in my opinion, they do provide a nice sound spectrum with a bit of "muddyness" in the bass that may be due to the fact that the Sony radio driving them is only rated at 52X4 watts, and the enclosure is very shallow.
