I'm facilitating a retreat on spiritual masculine expression and got this book for research. It is easy to read and very clearly organized. It provides complex psychological theory in simple to understand terms, as well as anecdotal examples. It presents healthy expressions of both adult masculine archetypes and childhood precursors. It also presents the typical unhealthy versions of each. This makes it easy to look at your own behavior and outlook on life, and to make changes toward more healthy self-expression.

For anyone (including women) interested in more healthy self-expression, this is a very helpful book.

This book was pivotal in helping me start to understand so many of the things that make me tick.
