LIKE NO OTHER

Christopher Walken's best! This is a classic movie of this genre. I'd seen this movie on t.v. once years ago. Then read a piece of interview with Walken where he was describing the part of KONY where he's taking the shower after being released from prison. He pulls his hair. Just something he thought of to add to the scripted performance. Another actor had shared with
him that pulling one's hair(while wet) would make it grow. Wow, Walken has not shown signs of balding! Damned good movie. The players in the movie are not all at the top of my list of faves, and I noticed some overacting. But you could tell each key player and a few others added so much to their roles. Full of drama right off the bat. The police lieutenant and White were the best roles and done extremely well. As a 66y.o grama, let me suggest you put this movie on your collector list. Great Movie

I grew up watching New Jack City and I never saw King of New York until recently. What a movie!!!! It made New Jack City look like it was based on middle school kids. Christopher Walken really played his role to a tee and it would be hard for him to top it or for anyone else to portray his character in a remake twenty years from now.
