Makes baking effortless.
This is my second Kitchenaid 6 quart stand mixer. I wore the first one out with bread and cookie making over 15 years! This one is quieter, which I love. It has an automatic slow start so ingredients don't fly up and out. It makes short work of making heavier items such as large batches of bread or a double batch of chocolate chip cookies with no groaning or effort. Cream whips up in a jiffy using the wire whip. Best Pro Mixer on the Market
This is now my second KichenAid 6-Quart Pro 600 Bowl-Lift Stand mixer and I wouldn't own anything else! My first one is still in good working condition after 12 years, but I wanted a stand by mixer, just in case.
