A must have "addictive appliance"

Never thought about making my own pasta until I watched Martha Stewart, These rollers make me feel like a pro, Pasta so easy to mix and roll and cut. Gives me a deep down satisfaction factor that I have created a great meal without having to kill the chicken. My Chicken and Dumplings were fantastic all the same thickness and cooked perfect,, ranking up there with the "great Aunt's perfection". My fettuccine is drying now draped over a covered pants hanger. and there's only about a cup of the leftover pasta from dinner. The rollers make it so easy and fun. My next adventure will be with tomatoes and spinach for lasagna. Really love these, a gadget that I will use repeatedly. Wish there was a guide +/- on thickness settings for reference, Think I'll post one, after my next creations. Read full review...

Homemade Pasta! Fantastic device.

Works perfectly. Commercial quality, easy to clean. This trio gives a nice choice of pasta that can be created, the roller being especially excellent flattening dough to desired thickness. The recipe for pasta dough is also very good, result was a firm, tasty pasty, not starchy, perfect texture. Do some research on the proper way to make homemade pasta to fine tune the recipe, and you will be pleased!Read full review...

So much better my hand crank pasta roller!

I'm still getting the hang of making fresh pasta and using these rollers makes it a lot more fun. They're a lot heavier than I anticipated, which is nice. They seem very sturdy. I haven't used the spaghetti roller yet but the fettuccine cutter works well.
One thing to note, don't wash these after use. They're very specific about that in the instructions. Once you're done, let the pasta dough that has gotten stuck here and there, dry completely. Then just brush the bits away with the brush that's included.

So easy to use, I recommend it!

I bought the pasta making attachment for my Kitchen aide mixer after I helped my Sister make tagliatelle using a hand crank machine. I am very pleased with how easy it was to make spaghetti noodles the very first time. I love having my hands free to catch the pasta as it comes through. I watched several YouTube videos with my 13 and 11 year old grands before we got started. Once the dough had rested and they saw how easy it was to use the attachments they took the whole project over. I was relegated to separating the noodles on the rack. Love, love, love this product!Read full review...

Fresh pasta the way you like it

The attachment is easy to use. I watched a YouTube video on how to make pasta with the KitchenAid attachment and that all needed to get started. The roller rolled out beautiful sheets. The fettuccine cut perfect noodles. The spaghetti cut is a bit tricky. Some came out tangled. The water to flour ratio needs to be experimented to get it perfect.Read full review...

Homemade Pasta the Easy Way

I’ve made homemade by hand as a young girl, found a manual pasta roller and cutter as a young mother, then found these as a grandmother. They greatly reduce the workload and help my arthritic hands and shoulders. I gifted them to my daughter and this set goes to my granddaughter. KitchenAid makes wonderful, long lasting, labor saving products. Don’t wash the rollers and cutters, just brush off to clean.Read full review...

Great price for amazing product

Let the pasta, pierogi and pot sticker making begin! Easy to operate - probably need a kitchen helper when the pasta stretches out into long sheets. As with any fine piece of equipment, if you take care of it, it will last a lifetime. NO DOT IMMERSE IN WATER. Brushes are provided to get any remnants out of the roller. Have fun!Read full review...

You can buy pretty good pasta cheap but I have the time to spend making it. It was a gift for myself.

I had a manual machine which did the same thing but this is so much better because I can mix the dough in the bowl of the mixer and attaché the roller and make the pasta with both hands free to guide the pasta and cut it off. The pasta tastes great. I have made spinach’s pasta and fettuccine. I prefer to use part simolina flour the dough is not as strechey.Read full review...
