Could be a nice kit but...

The kit itself could be a nice kit if produced by Hasegawa or Testors or a few other top notch model companies.. However the plastic used is extremely brittle and the smaller pieces break quite easily. Also the fit of some of the pieces is very poor. Get ready to use alot of putty and do alot of sanding. Finally the push pin marks from the moulding machines used needs to be trimmed off most of the larger parts. In the plus dept. there are a few different versions you can build, the decals are very nice and there is a nice tribute to a fallen helicopter crew that actually flew the version pictured on the box. Like I said before I would love for Hasegawa or Testors to produce this kit. I would buy it in a heart beat, but I will never purchase another kit from Kitty Hawk. They are over priced and have along way to go in learning how to produce a true high quality model kit.Read full review...
